El servicio muy bueno y cuenta con un restaurante en la sotea. Muy rica la comida y precios accesibles la vista de la ciudad increíble. Y para tomarse fotos dentro del local también

"Elegancia andina con atención impecable" Lo primero que impresiona al llegar es su estructura contemporánea y su lobby impecable. Las habitaciones son el punto más fuerte: amplias, con camas de alta calidad que garantizan un descanso real y una limpieza meticulosa. Gastronomía: Su restaurante ofrece un ambiente sobrio y elegante con platos de nivel. Se recomienda especialmente visitar su terraza para disfrutar de un cóctel mientras cae el sol sobre las montañas. Ubicación: Está estratégicamente situado a pocos minutos del Teleférico Mukumbarí y de las principales zonas comerciales de la ciudad, pero con la tranquilidad necesaria para desconectarse. Servicios: A diferencia de otros hoteles de la zona, suele manejar muy bien los servicios básicos (agua y electricidad), lo cual es un valor añadido crucial en la región. Además, cuenta con detalles de lujo como sauna, spa y Wi-Fi en todas las áreas. Es el lugar ideal tanto para viajes de negocios como para escapadas en pareja que busquen un trato personalizado y confort de primer nivel en los Andes venezolanos.
My lovely wife, (Trujillana from Valera) and I visited this hotel in June of 2016. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, with the sweetest waitress who made sure we were satisfied with our meals. The room service was great, (chocolate mousse to die for) and comfortable bedding. The only downside of the stay was the Wi-Fi connectability, which was sporadic with limited access to the internet. All in, it was definitely a great place to stay in a beautiful town that I would love to visit again, (SOON I HOPE). Great job to all of you who made our Mérida trip unforgettable!
